This house wasn't occupied, and that made it easier to look at. Too bad it wasn't much of a looker...
The house has two levels, with the bottom one half underground. When you walk through the front door you face a set of steps going
up and a set going down. The outside was covered with wood siding that needed to be replaced, and the backyard was in pretty bad
condition. Also, the only way to the backyard from the house was down a set of stairs outside.
